Terms of Service

Sky Embassy Passport and Visa Services, also known as Sky Embassy, aims to assist you in obtaining a passport and travel visa/document along with proper information and any necessary documents required for your travel.

Sky Embassy does not warrant any information that it provides sourced from governmental entities.

You are responsible to provide accurate information and agree to utilize Sky Embassy services at your own liability.

Sky Embassy is only responsible to assist in obtaining a visa, passport or other services to clients that place an order.

Sky Embassy makes every effort possible to update the website as governments continuously change their rules and protocols without notice.

Sky Embassy is therefore not liable for any changes that might occur.

An issuing government agency/authority issues passports/visas at their own discretion and, at any time, may request additional documentation prior to approval.

Sky Embassy will execute everything in its power to approve and grant the travel document and will take the necessary steps to ensure that. However, Sky Embassy is not liable for any decision by the issuing government agency/authority that may reject or delay the passport or visa without given reason.

Sky Embassy will always request the type and validity of the travel document per our client's request. However, the final decision is not determined by Sky Embassy but by the issuing authority of the respective country and cannot guarantee approval, validity or type of visa granted.

Sky Embassy is not responsible for any travel loss expenses impacted by the decision of any US or foreign issuing governmental authorities. Client is required to pay any additional fees assessed by the issuing authority, if any.

Sky Embassy represents its client, works with the issuing authorities, submits the proper documentation for processing of the travel document and processes it according to the travel dates the client provides. Service fees are assessed to foster the issuance of requested travel documents. Once Sky Embassy submits a travel document request to an issuing authority per client, processing/service fees are non-refundable.

Sky Embassy submits payment for your application to the appropriate issuing agency/authority on your behalf.

In the event that a visa or passport application is submitted on the client's behalf with the result of a rejection for any reason, Sky Embassy will execute and exhaust all possibilities with additional attempts to secure the travel document.

In the case where an issuing authority declines such measures, the client will be notified of the reason if provided.

Orders cancelled for any reason after submission to the issuing authority will not be refunded.

All payments are due once an order has been placed and before submission and processing occurs, unless a written agreement has been made in which case Sky Embassy reserves the right to retain the client's passports and travel documents until full payment has been received.

Sky Embassy service fees are based on the number of business processing days. Processing begins the first day all completed documents have been received.

They are submitted to the issuing authority on the next business day.

Processing days DO NOT include any Consulate, Embassy or Governmental facility closures and holidays.

Fees may change without notice.

Once Sky Embassy provides the client’s passport and documents, it is the client's responsibility to verify that all personal details, validity and dates are accurate.

Please note that a traveler may still be denied entry by immigration officials for any reason, since each country’s local port immigration authorities obtains the final decision.

It is the client's obligation to confirm visa requirements with their airline.

Sky Embassy Passport and Visa Services will NOT disclose nor sell your personal information for any cause to anyone.

Clients’ personal information will be stored in a secured and protected date base.

In addition, Sky Embassy Passport and Visa Services will not be liable nor issue refund for the following:

  • Delay or rejection due to missing information or documents (i.e., unsigned application, photos, payment, Letter of Authorization, proof of travel reservations, etc.)

  • Delay or rejection by internal operations, Foreign Embassies or by the U.S. Department of State, including but not limited to delays due to heavy volume, staff shortages, or technical issues.

  • PLEASE NOTE: A passport suspension may occur by the U.S. Department of State or Foreign Embassies. This may be due to the following:

- Applicant owes the government a significant amount of taxes or loan.

- Applicant is restricted from travel due to court order.

- Applicant neglects or is behind on child support payments.

- Additional proof of documents can be requested by the passport agency to confirm your identity.

- Delayed or lost documents by local or international shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.).

*Must choose “No Signature Required” to ensure that your package is delivered with no hassle.

 

In the highly unlikely event that the passport agency or foreign embassy holds or loses a passport or any documents, Sky Embassy Passport and Visa Services will not be held liable, however it will assist in locating the documents and assist to apply for replacement.

By placing an order with Sky Embassy Passport and Visa Services, the client agrees to all terms and services set forth and cannot appeal any cause of actions for liability, loss or damages for any reasons under any circumstance.
