Each concierge order is handled by our concierge agent. This agent goes over all of your information with personalized care. They are also available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Rest assured at Sky Embassy your orders will be handled with care.

• DOCUMENT PREPARATION

Concierge service at Sky Embassy consists of application assistance. This is done by providing a worksheet questionnaire pertaining to the service requested. After you have completed this worksheet and returned it to our concierge agent; they will complete the intended application for you. The Agent will then return the completed application to you for your physical signature, as e-signatures are not accepted in most cases. The actual applications can be the most stressful part of any process you are applying for. Sky Embassy wants to ensure that the process will be as stress free as possible for you.

• INVITATION AND COVER LETTERS FOR BUSINESS VISAS

Many Business visas require a letter of invitation from the destination company as well as a business cover letter from the applicant's employer. Most companies are well equipped to provide with one you. If ever you are in need of assistance for this, Sky Embassy can provide you with a drafted template for a letter of invitation and/or a business cover letter that will contain the necessary information to be accepted in support of your visa application. You will simply need to fill in the blanks and attach it to your company letterhead. This leaves the stress of guessing what each country needs to us and you are free to focus on your normal day to day.

 

• PROGRESS CONFIRMATION AT EVERY STEP

Concierge service at Sky Embassy includes updates during the process from the acceptance of documents, submission, completion, and return of your issued documents. You are welcome to contact the concierge agent at any time for additional updates and they will gladly assist you.

 

• PROBLEM MANAGEMENT

Even with our attention to detail and constant update of procedures, there are times when our concierge service can run into unforeseen issues. In such instances, our concierge agent will notify you. When contacting you, the agent will provide you with a full explanation of the issue as well as present you with the best solution moving forward. Our Concierge agent will work with you to ensure there are minimal delays and help to minimize any other inconveniences. 

 

• UPDATES

During the order processes, if there are any updates coming from a consulate or department of state, our concierge agent will notify you. 

 

• FLEXIBLE APPOINTMENT TIMES

We understand you are busy and our concierge agent will work with your schedule. After placing an order our concierge agent will reach out to you in 1-2 hours to help set up a future appointment to go over all the requirements for your requested order. During that appointment they will gather your information and answer any questions you may have about the process. 

 

• CONFERENCE CALL FOR GROUP ORDERS

If you are traveling as a group or team overseas, our concierge agent can schedule an appointment time to provide a full overview when your whole party is available. This will allow the majority of the questions to be answered at the same time. It will also give the group peace of mind just knowing the process and that their passport and visa needs are being handled with care. 

Group orders can be placed individually or as one large order, it all depends upon the needs of your travels.

​​Please Note: Concierge Service can certainly expedite, simplify, and ensure personalized quality and care of your applications. Please keep in mind, however:

​

- Concierge cannot accelerate Consulate Processing Times: these are out of our control, and set by the consulates. Our internal communications with foreign embassies and consulates at times may aid in the expedition of the processing times and issuance of visas.

- Concierge must always follow all Consulates and U.S. State Department directives, which may include requests for further documents for your application.

​

- Concierge is not an after-business-hours nor weekend and/or holiday service.
