Step (1)

Ship/Drop Envelope
- You may either ship in or drop off your envelope at our location with an appointment.
- We will submit it to the U.S Department of State the next business day for processing.
Step (4)
Receive your new Passport
- Once your passport has been issued we will contact you immediately! You may either pick up your new passport or have it shipped back to you.

If you are a frequent traveler it is highly recommended to obtain a second valid passport. You will be able to process a visa with your current passport while you are traveling on your additional passport. This will not only save you time but also assist you on planning and coordinating multiple trips at once.

We will submit your CURRENT in GOOD condition passport along with your application and supporting documents to The U.S Department of State. All original documents will be returned to you along with your new SECOND Passport. (Valid for 4-years)

4- Travel Itinerary

Must be a round trip itinerary printed from an online vendor or on a travel agency letterhead.
5- Passport Type Photos

Neutral expression and photo must be in high quality
6- Letter of Request

For business travel applicants, applicant must submit a letter from their company addressed to the U.S. State Department, on company letterhead, supporting the request with the clear indication of travel plans and that the second passport is required for the applicant to fulfill their job duties signed by a company official.

For tourist travel applicants, applicant must submit a hand written letter addressed to the U.S. State Department explaining why he/she is requesting a second passport. The most common requests for duplicates are due to frequent international travel and the need to obtain visas while out of the US or traveling to countries which do not approve of another countries visa or entry stamp.
